Michigan signs BEAD grant contracts with 17 of 29 selected subgrantees
The Michigan High-Speed Internet Office has executed subgrant agreements with 17 of the 29 organizations selected for BEAD funding, allowing them to begin permitting and construction. Michigan's approved final proposal totals $916.6 million in federal BEAD funds plus $557.7 million in provider match across 116 project awards covering nearly 198,000 locations.
