Brian brings more than three decades of telecommunications and technology consulting to the company, built serving a broad cross-section of North American carriers and service providers. He knows the operational realities of the broadband market that BeadComply is designed to serve. He spent over a decade as a Partner in Tata Consultancy Services’ North American Communications Service Providers practice, and rose to the level of Associate Partner during his 17-year tenure within Accenture’s Telecommunications Practice. Today he is also Managing Partner of VersityLink, his IT and business consulting firm.
Clients consistently point to his deep command of the telecom landscape, his collaborative, listen-first style, and his ability to reconcile competing priorities into clear, value-driven outcomes. As CEO, Brian sets the strategic direction for a platform purpose-built to help broadband providers leverage federal funding and meet a decade-long compliance obligation across every phase of BEAD deployment. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Cornell University and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Virginia.

Ramana is the architect behind the platform’s compliance intelligence engine, drawing on more than 25 years building enterprise software, systems-integration, and digital-transformation programs. Much of that career was spent inside the telecommunications sector, including a long tenure at Tata Consultancy Services, where he served as a client partner for large carrier and multiple-system-operator (MSO) relationships across the U.S. and Europe. He later led global product implementations at ACI Worldwide and Kabbage.
His work in the federal contracting arena is what makes him most relevant to BEAD. Through founding BidXlence, a system of record for federal pursuits, Ramana developed deep, hands-on exposure to federal regulations, compliance decision-making, and the management of federal funding. That intersection of telecom delivery and federal compliance is precisely what this platform was built to automate. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from NIT Warangal.

Robert is an operations and delivery executive who turns complex, regulated, high-stakes programs into operations that run reliably at scale. As Co-Founder and COO, he owns the operating model, growth, and delivery of the company. He builds the team, processes, and systems that make a hard, high-consequence undertaking dependable, repeatable, and scalable across the decade-long life of a BEAD award.
He brings more than 25 years of operational leadership across some of the economy’s most regulated industries, including banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, telecom, and global manufacturing. His experience spans enterprise transformations measured in the hundreds of millions, PMOs built from the ground up, and global delivery across 80-plus countries. He pairs that delivery discipline with fluency in modern, AI-driven platforms. PMP- and CPMAI-certified, he holds an M.S. in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Brennon leads revenue with more than 25 years transforming telecom and IT operations. He spent nearly a decade at AT&T as Associate Director of Vendor Management & Contract Analytics, following analytics leadership at DIRECTV. That background gives him an insider’s command of carrier procurement, vendor contracts, and the cost and compliance pressures ISPs manage at scale.
Today he also serves as Managing Partner at RevSparkAI, focused on AI-driven business solutions. That blend of large-carrier operating experience and modern AI go-to-market makes him well suited to bring the platform to the broadband market.

Sean is a senior sales and marketing executive with 30+ years of leadership experience across the telecommunications industry, Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), cloud, AI, and enterprise technology. He has held senior sales and marketing leadership roles with BT Global Services, Orange Business Services, MCI, Qwest, and GSIs, where he managed global revenue portfolios, led international sales teams, and delivered large-scale enterprise transformation.
Sean specializes in revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and complex enterprise pursuits, with expertise spanning cloud, AI, cybersecurity, networking, and digital transformation. He combines strategic vision with operational execution to accelerate business growth.
