NTIA says Alaska could see 5,000+ new BEAD-eligible locations under true-up round
As part of the new BEAD Supplemental Deployment funding round, NTIA said Alaska could see more than 5,000 additional broadband locations become eligible for funding. Alaska's approved Final Proposal previously covered 46,508 eligible locations using a mix of fiber, LEO satellite, and fixed wireless.
