Virginia signed agreements with 19 of its 22 BEAD winners by early August, with NTIA's Arielle Roth touring projects with Rep. Morgan Griffith the same week her agency approved the last state plans.

Providers must have NIST CSF 2.0 risk management and supply chain risk plans in place and begin recurring topline and expenditure data submissions to Virginia's broadband office. The 3 unsigned subgrantees remain in pre_award status and must still complete special award condition meetings, SCRM certification, and documentation readiness before their own obligations activate.
