NTIA Approves Vermont's BEAD Final Proposal, Targeting Over 99% Broadband Access
The NTIA approved Vermont's BEAD Final Proposal on February 10, 2026, unlocking $93 million of the state's nearly $229 million federal allocation to expand broadband access to more than 99% of Vermonters. The proposal, submitted to NTIA on December 4, 2025, authorizes Vermont to move from planning to implementation, with subgrantee, deployment project, and location data files posted on the VCBB website.
